Quick Share questions What can I share with Quick Share? Files, plain text, web links, or any combination can share one temporary LendAFile link or QR code.
Can I share files and text together? Yes. Files still download automatically, while the text remains visible on the same temporary page.
Can I share a file and a link together? Yes. The recipient gets the file download and can choose whether to open or copy the external link.
Can I add content after creating a Quick Share? Yes. While it is active, the owner can add files, text, or links and can edit or remove enabled content types.
Does the link or QR code change after an update? No. Updates keep the same public token, link, and QR code.
What happens when someone opens a share containing files and text? The current files start downloading automatically and the safely rendered text appears on the landing page.
