Expiration Policies
LendAFile rooms are intentionally temporary. Free-room content is removed when the selected time ends. A premium room enters a protected renewal window equal to 10% of its reserved duration; users can renew it during that window before final removal.

What happens when a free room expires?
An expiry notice appears, then the visitor returns to the homepage and the room content is removed.
What happens when a premium room expires?
It remains on the same room link during a protected renewal window equal to 10% of its reserved duration. If it is not renewed, its content is removed after that window.
Can expired files be recovered?
No. Keep a separate copy of anything important before the room expires.
